As Program Coordinator, Génesis is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Field Services, Neighborhood Commercial District Division. This includes managing logistics for team meetings, as well as cohort meetings that the division is leading as a part of their work in California, Texas (Fort Worth and San Antonio), Illinois (Chicago), and five cities participating in MSA’s Breaking Barriers to Business initiative (Atlanta, Ga.; Charlotte, N.C.; Memphis, Tenn.; Miami, Fla.; and Nashville, Tenn.).
