As Senior Manager of Capital Absorption, Luke collaborates with external partners and local communities to articulate shared priorities, create an investable pipeline of projects, and improve their enabling environment — their local Main Street district — as part of a suite of tools to help communities realize their visions.
Previously, he served as a Main Street Specialist with the Washington Main Street Coordinating Program, where he worked with local communities to provide data analysis, orientation, training and support to retain, develop and recruit great local businesses. He also served as a local Main Street Director, managing an incubator kitchen and farmer’s market.
