The Building Opportunities on Main Street (BOOMS) Tracker is an innovative digital tool designed to help local leaders revitalize vacant and underused spaces in Main Street districts. Accessible via smartphone or any internet-connected device, the BOOMS Tracker allows users to collect, organize, and present data about their community’s built environment — making it easier to identify potential for growth and redevelopment.
Whether you’re a city planner, Main Street manager, or community advocate, the BOOMS Tracker offers a practical first step in activating idle spaces and unlocking opportunities for Main Street success.
To access the tool, you will need login credentials provided by Main Street America. These credentials are only available for designated Main Street programs. Learn more about login credentials and the platform’s roster of programs here.
