Join us in Birmingham, Alabama, May 4 – 5, 2024, for one of Main Street America Institute’s highest rated and recommended workshops! Held in advance of the 2024 Main Street Now Conference, the Leadership Development Workshop empowers revitalization professionals with tools and strategies to connect, motivate, and lead people effectively over an intensive two-day experience. The workshop’s focus on emotional and conversational intelligence will enrich participants’ knowledge base, strengthen their personal and interpersonal skills, and elevate their position as successful revitalization leaders.

Instructor: Patricia Clason is a speaker, trainer, coach, and author. Through alternative methods of teaching and learning, Patricia couples psychological perspectives with practical tools for leaders in the areas of communication, time management, motivation, and business management.

Who Should Participate: This workshop is ideal for revitalization professionals and leaders in management positions at the local, city-wide, or state level in organizations engaged in the fields of community revitalization and economic development.

To ensure a smooth reservation process and workshop experience, early registration is highly recommended. Registration is open through April 26, or until capacity is reached.
